Quick Tip #1

It’s cold outside. Duh. Too many layers while working out can cause you to sweat too much and become uncomfortable very quickly. Instead of wearing 3 layers and stripping one off after 10-20 mins of warming up, try heating up two layers in front of a fireplace or heater. Better yet, get yourself a towel warmer for $20 and throw everything in there 15mins before you set off. While you’re waiting, make yourself a cup of coffee.
