Keep a pumice stone in your shower. What people don’t realize is that callouses are what cause blisters and NOT smooth skin. Think about it. Some runners and cyclists need to put an anti-chafing coating on their feet before they head out every time. That’s not a good thing. Try using a pumice stone on your foot when showering after a workout. You’ll start to notice differences within a couple weeks. Also, for you crossfit enthusiasts, try using the pumice stone on your palm. Remember, just rub gently for a few seconds. There’s no need to sand off your skin.
