Quick Tip #3

If you’re trying to lean out and lose some extra weight, try doing a fasted workout. This means wake up, grab a cup of coffee, and go out for 1+ hour workout. You can take your vitamins before hand, but this fasted workout is to get your body better at using fat for energy. If you’ve been doing fasted workouts, keep doing about 2-3 of these a week. Females should do less fasted workouts than males. If you’re new to fasted workouts, only do this if you plan on doing a nice easy workout. Don’t start off by doing an interval set or any HIT type workout. Also, you can take some nuts with you if you plan on going for 2+ hours.
